The aim of the course is to come to an understanding of the central theological and moral teachings of Christianity, with special reference to the Catholic Church, tradition and spirituality. The material learned during this course will help you to clarify and articulate your own ideas, and will prepare you to participate in discussions of the religious questions which are central to contemporary society and culture, without being swayed or misled by prejudice, misinformation or misrepresentations of Christian teaching.
